The Truth about Sweeteners

The Truth about Sweeteners

If there is one thing that is more damaging to your health than refined sugar (sucrose), it is sweeteners!

Aspartame is an artificial sweetener that is 200 times sweeter than sugar and will quite possibly poison you with regular use

And if you consume diet drinks in the hope that you will lose weight, you are more likely to gain weight!

Aspartame is also known by the brand names APM, Equal, Nutra-Sweet and Spoonful

Amongst other delightful ingredients, Aspartame contains Methanol (an alcohol). When the Methanol content enters the body it is metabolised in to Formaldehyde then Formic Acid, the poison within the sting of fire ants. Methanol toxicity mimics among other things, multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus and many people have been diagnosed in error.

If you suffer symptoms of fibromyalgia, spasms, shooting pains, numbness in your legs, cramps, vertigo, dizziness, headaches, tinnitus, joint pain, unexplainable depression, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, blurred vision or memory loss, then you might have Aspartame poisoning!

Diet drinks are NOT diet products, they are chemically altered products containing sodium and normally Aspartame that make you crave carbohydrates that are likely to make you gain weight. In fact medical trials have demonstrated that people who ditch all diet products will often lose weight.

Aspartame plays havoc with blood sugar levels. Diabetics can suffer acute memory loss due to Aspartic acid and phenylalanine contained within it, because they behave like neurotoxins. When Aspartame passes the blood/brain barrier it damages brain neurons, which may result is a host of mental conditions including depression, panic attacks and fits of rage.

Children with ADHD can experience significant improvements in behaviour when these chemicals are removed from their diets.

All of a sudden a nice glass of water sounds very appealing!!
