Shipping & returns

We use 1st class standard delivery for all purchases delivered to the UK which is charged at £3.25 per order (irrespective of size), including Channel Islands.

European and worldwide orders will be charged at £2.00 per product.

We aim to despatch all in-stock products within 24 hours of receiving your order. For UK and Channel Islands customers we endeavour to have your order delivered to you within 3-5 working days.

Although The Foodstate Company always endeavours to adhere to delivery estimates, sometimes even with the most efficient systems, delivery can be delayed and is often beyond our control. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise in advance for any unforseen difficulties with your order.
