Many women prefer to succumb to HRT, despite serious concerns about the side effects, rather than struggle any further with unbearable symptoms of the Menopause. Some Eastern cultures don’t even have a word for Menopause and there is clear evidence that their traditional diets contain a number of nutrients that keep the condition at bay, in particular nutrients contained in the soy germ.
