It's not too late to make a healthy start

Although a couple of weeks into 2023, most of us will still have hopes and aspirations to improve our lives in some way this year, not least of all our health. But doctors generally advise against doing a ‘detox’ and faddish diets aren’t the way to go. So where does that leave us?

On another subject, people are saying vitamin D is most easily absorbed as a mouth spray. But I guess it always depends on the quality of ingredients - that's the thing.
