Eating Tips of the Week

-  If your gut is feeling a bit sluggish from holiday over-eating, take our Probiotic and Caprylic Acid to settle the stomach and “get things moving”

-  Try to eat a minimum of 20% of your diet as raw food – there’s plenty to choose from in Summer 

-  Consume organic flax or hemp seed oil. Only buy it in dark bottles and keep in in the fridge. Alternatively take our EFA complex, made from Flax and fully protected from damage caused by light and air 

-  Drink at least 2 litres of bottled or filtered water per day rather than carbonated sugary drinks which damage your health and de-hydrate you 

-  Beetroot is a great addition to the diet, it provides energy and is very healthy for the kidneys 

-  Try to be vegetarian at least 2 days per week
