30% of modern disease processes can be linked to low or harmful water intake!

Reproduction: Research has shown that water chlorine levels are directly related to lower sperm counts and increased miscarriages in the USA. We know from research that the daily requirement for water increases during pregnancy - morning sickness also occurs when insufficient water is consumed by the Mother and morning sickness may be a manifestation of thirst from the unborn foetus.

Kidneys: Good quality water is paramount because it irrigates and cleanses the kidneys and acts as a carrier vehicle for the kidneys' excretion of toxins from the body. Kidney stones may be prevented by drinking sufficient water (enough to produce 3 quarts of urine per day). However, toxic metals do not get completely removed and a build-up is damages our health. Cartilage is composed of 65% to 85% water and muscles, 70% to 75% water, and insufficient/poor water intake can account for low energy and lethargy symptoms experienced by many people today. Hydrocephalus, an excessive accumulation of fluid within the intracranial region, is a condition seen more commonly today and is linked to dilation of the brain ventricles and spinal cord and raised intracranial pressure (this can be fatal).

Skin: Water comprises 70% of the dermis of the skin (which represents 15 - 18% of the total water content of the body), and low water intake contributes to poor skin condition and an appearance of premature ageing

Aluminium: Antiperspirants, hair products and cooking utensils (amongst many others) contain harmful aluminium that ca be linked to premature aging and reduction in mental function. Molecules within the body that are bound to aluminium are generally no longer able to absorb water from blood vessels giving rise to several diagnosed health problems that are in fact related to the aluminium and not treatable unless by harsh chelation therapy. According to Professor Doll, R.  in his publication “Review: Alzheimer's disease and environmental aluminium”.

“Drinking water usually contains between 0.01 and 0.15 mg per litre of aluminium, but some potable water may have as much as 0.40 mg per litre or more”. This is partly due to aluminium sulphate being added as a “water treatment”.

Food State nutrients will help with the reduction of these very harmful toxic heavy metals within the body. We are all aware of chlorine in tap water, but we may nor give much thought to the chlorine that remains after vegetables and fruits are washed. In the UK these fresh foods are washed in a chlorine solution 25 times higher than people would be allowed to swim in at a public swimming pool. Chlorine (Chloride) is so prevalent in the diet that we certainly don’t need to supplement it or receive more via our water and fresh foods. In fact study after study has shown that most western cultures consume more than the RDA of organic chlorine (chloride).

Immune System: Excessive exposure to Inorganic chlorine is known to suppress the immune system. With regard to our metabolism, high exposure to inorganic chlorine does contribute and cause blood sugar disorders.

It is not an underestimate to suggest that 30-35% of modern disease processes can be traced to low or harmful water intake.

Antioxidants: Antioxidants are the most effective nutrients that help in cleansing the body. Our foodstate multi-antioxidant contains most of the potent ones: http://www.jerseyfoodstate.com/p/25/multi-antiox-zinc-q10

And drink plenty of bottled water, preferably from glass bottles
