I buy this for my kids and they rarely seem to get ill. at first they werent so keen as theyre not flavoured like other vitamins theyve taken, but theyre used to it now and take them religiously every morning. after reading about what food state is I wouldnt give them anything else but these!

I take the normal size multi vitamin but my kids struggled to swallow them, these are a much better size

I take the normal multi vitamin but these are  much better size for my kids. only thing they dont like is the taste but its not a big issue
