Use for sport and works well
I am a very keen athlete and have a strict nutritional plan. I was recommended a selection of products from the foodstate company to help support my sporting routine. I take the Vitamin C everyday and have been feeling better during exercise and also during recovery from exercising. I'm also aware it is good for the immune system which is a bonus as i havnet felt ill for a while.

Fast Recovery from Sepsis
I had mesh removal surgery last year and ended up with sepsis just days of the surgery. A medic friend advised me of the scientific studies which show Intensive Care Unit patients at death's door being given intravenous vitamin C and making remarkable recoveries within days, so suggested I started to take high dose vitamin C. I found The Foodstate Company while looking for food grade vitamin C as I'd learned that the synthetically produced ascorbic acid was only a single nutrient which forms part of the whole of Vitamin C. I took the equivalent of 8000mg of Foodstate vitamin C a day for over a fortnight, and couldn't believe how quickly I began to feel better. I then reduced this to 5000mg a day for the remainder of the 3 months of my recovery. With further mesh removal surgery coming up, my immunologist has already advised me to start taking vitamin C at 1000mg levels again to help me recovery from the surgery and prevent sepsis. He thought ascorbic acid was just as good (Noble prize winning etc etc), but I have explained to him that ascorbic acid, if compared to a car, is only the steering wheel. Vitamin C is the whole car.
