Ingredients:
50g Traditional Oats
3 Egg Whites
80g Low Fat No, Salt Cottage Cheese
1 Tsp Natural Vanilla Extract
50ml Almond Milk
3 Scoops The Foodstate Company's Organic Pea Protein
Instructions:
- Put all Items Into blender with the oats closest to the blade.
- Allow to blend until desires texture is achieved (lumpier texture will give thicker pancakes).
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium to high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using roughly 1/4 cup of batter oer pancake
- Cook until a golden colour on both sides & add your own delicious toppings!
