Cereal grains oats.
Vegetables carrots, broccoli, spinach, lettuce juice, fennel, garlic, sea vegetables.
Fruits freshly squeezed & diluted lemon juice, apples, bananas, dates.

Teas, Herbs & Spices basil, feverfew, peppermint.

Fish white fish.
Dairy organic live yoghurt.
Negative Foods
Refined carbohydrates, hydrogenated fats, battery chicken & hens’ eggs, white sugar (sucrose), artificial sweeteners.
Coffee, chocolate, alcohol, cheese, salami, pickled foods, most nuts, foods with additives.
Additional Comment
It is important that attention is paid to the balance between acid-forming and alkali-forming foods. The optimum balance is around 60% alkali-forming to acid-forming. See Acid Forming and Alkali Forming guidelines.
Some headaches can be due to infection, and proper medical advice should be sought.
Take plenty of fresh water. Good quality still mineral water from a glass container is the superior form; though a good tap filter is also satisfactory.

Some headaches can be due to chronic bad posture and it may be advisable to consult an appropriately qualified osteopath or chiropractor.
